I can not install a theme from the library locally (local by flyweel)

Hi!
I am having hard time installing a theme from the library locally using local by fly weel. When asked to import options, there is a generatepress-options-backup.json file downloaded locally then nothing, no possibility to activate the theme...
I really need some help!

Are you getting any specific errors?
What do you mean by "then nothing"?
After the backup options downloaded, you need to check a checkbox in order to proceed to import content.

I am facing another challenge here (sorry, I am new with all of that): I am having hard time adding my logo with the theme I chose (kafka finance theme). I did follow the instructions found here https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-header-logo/ but my logo is not replacing the one on the theme... I don't know how to past a screenshot here... I don't know what I am doing wrong...
