I can not change colors

Hi, Im new with GP and Im trying to edit my website but I got problems editing colors of the website.
In apparence > colors there isnt any chance to select a custom color, there arent colors editors availables.
I have disabled cache plugin but the problem persist.
Whats Wrong?

Can you first make sure the Colors module is activated for the plugin?

It says last updated was 2017 January 7th so your best bet is probably to have another plugin.
Not sure if there is anything special about this one but probably some free ones that offer similar features in WordPress repo :)
