can you make sure you have cleared all Plugin / Server / Browser caches

It is needed to delete all the plugins, server and browser cache...???

Don't delete any plugins.
Cache Plugins will have an option to empty the caches.

Because i have a cache plugin but it is not have any options to empty cache.

For Plugin Caches. You have more than one.
In the Admin Bar, you will see a menu item named Performance. Hover over that and select: Purge All Caches.

Then in the Admin Menu - i can see LiteSpeed Cache - select Toolbox and the Purge All.
