Notice: wp_enqueue_script() was called incorrectly. "wp-editor" script should not be enqueued together with the new widgets editor (wp-edit-widgets or wp-customize-widgets). Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 5.8.0.) in /var/cache/wordpress-sources/5.8/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5535
I am receiving the above message when I click on widgets. I recently deactivated elementor plugin and generate the blocks plugin, plus I deleted generate blocks plugin. I am still receiving this message. Can you help me? I do not know what it means. Thanks
Hi there,
Does this issue exist with all plugins and custom functions disabled?
If so can you activate a Twenty series WP theme to test as well?
Let me know :)
the only plugins I have activated are classic editor, gp premium, and yoast. I activated the twenty twenty-one wp theme and I received the same message when I clicked on widgets.
If it happens in a Twenty series theme as well then it's not a GP issue.
Have you tried disabling the Classic editor plugin?
yes
So the issue exists with the Twenty series WP theme and all plugins disabled?
If so please report it to WordPress' support team. Hopefully, they've seen the same issue from others already and can provide a fix.
ok thank you
No problem :)
