welcome
I am trying to activate a license on the domain https://detectingwaterleaks.com/, but I always encounter a problem and a message appears that says:
403 Forbidden. Your server is not able to communicate with generatepress.com in order to activate your license key.
I contacted the hosting support, but I did not find a solution
Please help me in this matter, and you are very respectful
Hi there,
I contacted the hosting support, but I did not find a solution
Did the hosting support make sure that you can connect to https://generatepress.com/?
IF so can you provide your IP address so we can make sure it's not blocked on our end?
Let me know :)

Hi there,
I had our hosting check 37.59.176.209 - it's not blocked on our end.
Any chance you can ask your hosting support to see if generatepress.com is reachable from their end using cURL?
Let us know :)

Hi Rajeev,
1. Can you first try regenerating your permalinks, go to Settings > Permalinks and Click Save Changes.
2. Can you ask your host to check if generatepress.com is reachable?
3. Can you provide your IP so we can check if your IP is blocked on our side?
Let me know!
Trying with Phone and it's done 🙏
BTW my ip is 110.235.233.155

Hi there,
I checked and that IP is not banned on our end.
Please feel free to open a new topic and include a screenshot of the "Console" tab when you right-click + Inspect the page when it's spinning. This should show the error you're experiencing and should help us debug.
Thanks!
