I added alt text to the image..

I added alt text to the image but it's not visible on the source code when I check it, attached the reference Image and placed our webpage in the private.

the core Cover Block doesn't support ALT tags - its been flagged as an git issue here:
Whats the alternative way If I want to use the alt tags on the cover block?
There isn't an alternative way. It requires WP to update the Cover Block to support ALT tags.
