hello recently I bought GP premium and when I was activating the elements my page was shut down, it gave error 500 may name is juan my web tecnohot

A 500 error is a pretty broad error. You should be able to find more out about what exactly is happening by checking your error_log file on your server, or asking your host to do it for you.
As a guess, maybe you need to increase your PHP memory limit?: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/increasing-php-memory-limit/
