How to use svg as section background

Hi,
I have a svg file i'd like to use as the background for a section.
What is the process of getting the image to fit nicely in the section.
I can't get it to look right, it's either to big or it's clipping with the container.
Is it also possible to control the width and height so I can unlink the dimension proporsions?
Hi there,
It's tricky to get background images to fill a section if said section has content, as you need to make sure the section keeps the same aspect ratio as the background image.
Do you have a test page with the Section, content and background in place so i can take a look?
