[Support request] How to use Page Header Plugin

I have GP Premium 1.4.3.
How do I use the Page Header plugin?
I do not understand what happens in the video document https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-header-overview/
What is the demonstrator trying to create? What is clicked and why? What choices and options do I have? How is it used?
I have tried to figure this out on my own. I have looked at the nine documents at https://docs.generatepress.com/collection/page-header/
An internet search found a document not listed at docs.generatepress.com “Merging the Header/Navigation & Content” https://docs.generatepress.com/article/merging-header-navigation-content/
I am a mid level user. Not a novice, but not an expert.
