How to translate GP Hook site-description

Hi,
I'm using the GP Hook after header content to add the site-description under my logo.
This works fine, except that I'm not able to provide different translations for the description using Polylang.
Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Hi there,
You might need to ask the Polylang devs how you initiate custom strings.
Just tell them you're inserting text into your theme files and need it to be translatable - they should have an easy way to do that :)
