From the looks of it, the CLS seems to be caused by the text. It's possible that it's from a FOIT or FOUT but I can't really be sure unless I check the page. It's real minimal though. 0.001 can simple be ignored.

For the LCP, is this the featured image? if yes, try disabling lazyloading on it.

The featured image being flagged as LCP isn't necessarily an issue. It simply means it's the largest piece of content being painted in the viewport.

How's the actual performance of the page? Is the image loading fast?
