How to set up the Hover effect of the Grid

there are 3 separate gird in this container
i want the Hover effect of each 1/3 grid when mouse click them?
please guide me or let me kow the steps, thanks

If you have GB Pro, there's an effect feature there to add Box Shadow. See this article for assistance:

Try adding one to the Container Block and see how it goes.
