The CSS provided here is for the background and text color.

For the content add a HTML widget with some content like this:

Can you have me to tell me how to add related post in the themes ?

Things like related posts belong in the plugin territory as most users don't need it.

There should be lots of plugin options out there if you Google "WordPress Related Posts".

Without related post, i got high bounce rate :(

Not sure why that would matter but you can certainly add related posts using a plugin :)
