How to set fixed position for font title in homepage ?

1. how do you make the title of the post equal?

2. In the homepage, picture of thumbnail there are cropping. How to resolve the problem ?
i don’t want my picture cropped like that.

Using a smaller font is a good idea.

As for the featured image, GP doesn't crop it for you unless you have width and height set in the customizer:

For your case, I would recommend making sure that all the images are the same size before uploading.
