How to restore social icons in primary navigation menu

I imported the Tasty site from the site library on GP. I moved this and that around and deleted/ or moved the social icons from the primary navigation bar at some point (Home, About, Typography, Contact). I'd like to add them back but I'm not sure how - are these social icons accessible as a menu item or a widget item and how do I restore them?
