How to reset after importing from library

Hi,
I must have missed something! I have installed the Marketer layout without installing the sample pages.
Beforehand, I've installed WP Reset, and made a json backup for the GP options. I also from wpmyadmin exported the db for the site.
I didn't like the way the site looked so I made a reset with Reset plugin and there problems started.
My site is a blog type site, with + 458 posts that have now dissapeard, as well as the sidebar I used to have before. I mean the sidebar is still there but the content is no longer available.
Please help!!!!

Hi there,
Unfortunately WP Reset cannot be used when you have existing posts as it resets your WordPress install and clears the entire database.
We always recommend importing site to fresh install only.
Do you know if your hosting keep auto backup of your site? Restoring the backup file might be the easiest way to go.
I would recommend checking with the hosting support first :)
Yes, it does have a backup. Weekly I receive a backup of the entire database.
What should I do in this case?
As far as I can see the content of the media library has been removed too
Restore the backup.
