    Hi

I´ve just bought de GP Premium. It seem that the new plugin is the same as the last one, but this has a new licence to the next year, 2019.

But, do I have to install the plugin as always? or just the licence?

I do not want to have problems with it…some like having changes on my website…or something like that because of install the plugin again.

I´m not sure how to do that, I prefer to ask first!

Could you give me some help?

    thanks!

    Hi there,

I’m not exactly sure what the question is but you just need to make sure the premium plugin is up to date – we are currently on 1.5.6

Let me know if this helps.

    hi!

    I received this email today:

    Hello Javier Fernández,

Your license key for GP Premium is expiring in one month. It is time to renew and save 40% off of the original price. It is important to keep your license up to date in order to continue getting updates and premium support for any issues you may encounter. Renewing your license grants you access to our premium support forum and updates for another year, including all updates for bug fixes and feature introduction…etc

I already have the 1.5.6 version. I just purchased this GP Premium because the new license for the next year.

    bye!

No difference, the license simply allows you to continue updating to the latest versions 🙂

    ah ok, so…

    the plugin itself “dosen´t matter”

what I really bought was the licence that goes with the plugin? didn´t I?

    Hi all,

I’m wondering about this too? I just renewed my premium license. Do I need to remove the old plugin (last year’s version), and upload the new one? I just downloaded the new one, but I don’t want to lose all my customization, so I’m asking before I do all this on my live site.

    Thank you!

    Hi Mary,

No need to remove/replace anything. Renewing simply renews your license key – the plugin stays the same, so there’s no need to re-install anything.

    Thanks for renewing! 🙂

    Hi Tom,

It looks like it gave me a new license key and a fresh download. I hope I did it right. I’ll leave all as is.

    Thanks for your quick response!

The license key should be identical to your old one.

    No problem! 🙂
