There is extra white space below navigation on every page (except the home page) that I’d like to remove. How do I control that?

    Hi there,

You can remove that globally using the customizer option: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/content-padding/

Or per page basis using the page builder container: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-builder-container/

I would also recommend this snippet to remove page title globally: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/generate_show_title/

OK, I added the snippet to remove page title globally and that seemed to get rid of some of the white space. But when I go to Appearance > Customize > Layout > Container, and change the Content Padding, I don’t see anything change on the live site.

Hmm I still see 40px of padding being applied.

Are you using a child theme? If so double check this: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/child-theme-issues/#import

I’m not using a child theme.

    Hmm any caching plugins?

I don’t think so. Plus I’m looking at the pages in a Chrome Incognito browser window.

Caching plugin has nothing to do with the browser.

This is what I’m seeing: http://www.screencast.com/t/Oi2SijUI0

Can you try #1 here? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/

That’s what I’m seeing too. All that extra white space below the navigation is what I’m trying to get rid off.

So did you try disable all plugins?

Can you send me admin access to the Dashboard?

You can use the Account Issue here and reference the topic URL: https://generatepress.com/contact/

Hmm everytime I load your site, I see the page without style first then the style gets loaded (you should see the same too). This tells me that there is a plugin that’s messing around with the CSS.

Can you leave all plugins (you can keep Elementor on) and let me view the site? Maybe start with a plugin named Page Speed Optimization. Sorry we don’t want to make changes to your site unless we absolutely have to. and I’m pretty certain that it’s a plugin issue.
