how to remove menu item in the main container

I'm using generatepress + elementor.
using the default generatepress theme.
why am i getting the menu item which i choose in the top page. i want to remove it / disable it.

here is DISCLAIMER appear twice.
first - as a copy from the menu.
second - we a title which i add with elementor.
