How to remove Etags in Generate Press

Hi.

This may not be a GeneratePress issue but I don't know where to find these in the theme.

I've been testing my site using GTMetrix.com. It says
There are 9 components with misconfigured ETags

Is there a way to fix these ETAGs; I don't even know where to find them.
