How to remove big white empty space on frontpage?

Hi!
I have the theme called "Merch" and I was wondering how I remove the big white empty space when I visit the frontpage of the website? ...and also the button called "shop all"
...I just want the products to be shown.

Both the space and the button are coming from the same header element.
Removing that element should solve the issue:
