How to remove an "empty" Menue from the topbar?

I don´t know how to remove an "extra" Menu task which is just empty. It´s shown on the desktop an Pad-Versions but not on the smartphone (or it is the smartphone-menue??).

I'm not sure I'm seeing it. Which menu item am I looking for?
