i open a tiket twice at generateblocks ahout refund,you promised to contact me shortly, but you didn’t contact me for several days. Didn’t you promise a 30-day refund?
ps.generateblocks support is terrible.Nobody pays any attention to me

apologies for any inconvenience, i checked that email box and could not see an email from you, it may have got stuck somewhere.

I’ve just issued your refund.

Since your purchase was made on a credit card it may take about 5-10 days for the refund to show up on your card.

I also just searched the entire email system (GP and GB) and can’t see anything from the email associated with this account. If you’d like to send me an email at support@generateblocks.com I’d be happy to look into why you’re not getting an answer.
