How to position the hero text?

Hi,
I just created a hero section for the frontpage.
I managed to configure the hero image by using a top padding of 60% (it's not responsiv yet, that's to be done).
My problem is that I would like to project a hero-text over the hero image. How can I do that?
I tried now so many things, that I'm lost. And don't even know anymore what would be the best design of the hero text.
Can you give a help, please?
Because the help of a Codeable developer is probably too much.
The site is in staging, therefore I put the logon information in the secure area.

Meanwhile, I choose another design for the hero text.
So my question is not relevant anymore.
