How To Point The Post Author Name To A Custom Link (In This Case Is About Page)

Hi everyone, I want to point out the Post Author Name to a custom link, in this case is the about me page that I created for site's author.
But in my current site, this field can't not set up any custom things. Please help! -> Screenshot here

are all Author Links going to the same page ?
Yes at this time I only plan one author for all of my articles on the site so I want to point out that author name into the about page of that author.
Couldn't you just add a static link to the headline block?
