How to Offset a Border

Hi!
I was wondering if I could get some advice on offsetting the borders on my homepage's buttons. Right now they are perfectly outlining the buttons. I wanted to make them a little lower and slightly to the right.

Looks like those buttons are using Kadence block so I'd recommend checking with their support team first.
