How to move site title and site tagline under the site logo

Hi,
I want to put site title or site tagline under the site logo.
I have checked the PHP code and can't find a way to adjust it without modifying the parent theme core function.

Is there anyway to overwrite the header template?

Hi there,
can you provide a link to your site? You can edit the original topic and use the Site URL for privacy.
Then i can look at some CSS to re-order the site branding and logo.
