How to modify header items?

Hey there,

I need to decrease the height of the menu-items but cannot find options in Customizer. GP-Premium modules are active.

Can you help me with this?

Actually, I only want the 5th menu item to be smaller and have a bg-color, like with smaller padding-top & -bottom. It's currently to "high".

Any chance to help me with this?
