How to make full width sections within contained body

Hi,
How would I create a post where the main content has a contained width of, say, 800px, but there are width sections throughout? A bit like on this page where the chapter headings are full width: https://backlinko.com/email-marketing-guide
I'm using GP Premium + GenerateBlocks. I've tried adding a container within the body and choosing 'container' full width and 'inner container' full width but it still crops it to the width of the main body.

Hi Anthony,
You can use Gutenberg's "alignfull"/"Full width" option as shown here - https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuop54J
This stretches the container to full width assuming you're not using sidebar on the page.
