How to make Featured image clickable

Hi there,

what action do you want to occur when the image is clicked?

Hi, I would like to have the featured image open up by itself as lager image that people can save. For instance, they would click on the post title to get to the post or the featured image to open up that image.

Have you looked at some of the Lightbox plugins available on Wordpress repo - there are some that have featured image support

No I haven't, do you have any recommendations to point me in that direction?

It comes with some other functionality but supports featured images and multiple scripts for various lightbox styles.

What i couldn't find anywhere is a lightbox with a save function, but the user can right click to download the image. I think to have it built in as an option would require custom development.
