how to make a page as blog roll

How do a make a blog roll feature for a page? I am trying to display my blog posts on a central page at a location like site.com/blog.
On other themes it is at: page edit > page attributes > template (and then I select blog from the dropdown).
I an not seeing an option for this theme to do that.

Did you mean to change the page where the blog index list is?
If so, you can set it up on Dashboard > Settings > Reading and set the Post page to your target page.
thanks that worked. How do i edit the footer? I looked in setting and cant find it.
