How to insert my products list or grid into the single blog post?

Hi Paul,

A functionality like this is set to be released anytime soon this year with the merging of GenerateBlocks Pro and WP Show Posts.

For the mean time, you can you plugin WP Show Posts, and create a list and set the post type to product. Then you can hook the shortcode of this list with a Hook Element.

Moreover, if you’re already using WordPress 5.9, you can also use a Query Loop Block to do as such.

if you're using Woocommerce then i would use the woo shortcodes:

https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

It may not be block based in the editor but in my opinion its the best method there is today, as the shortcodes respect the Woocommerce templates so they match the styles you see elsewhere on your site.

Theres no current previews of GB Query Loop Block, and its most likely that Woo products won't be supported in the initial release.
