How to insert meta tag

Hi, I want to add the following mata tag to the <head> section
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
Got to
Appearence > Elements > Add New > Hook > wp_head
But don't see where to add the above meta tag
Only headings are Execute ShortCodes, Execute PHP and Priority

Hi there,
when you create a new Hook, you should see the Title field, followed by the Text Area before those settings - you add the tag to the Text area.
Are you not seeing those two fields?
This is what I see:
Seems link is broken - I don't see any title or text field
So there are no fields above the tabs?
Hmmm .. can you try disabling plugins to see if there is a conflict.
