How to increase logo size in navigation header?

When using the Navigation as Header the size of the Logo is defined by the Menu Item Heigh in Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation.

Simply disable the Navigation as Header and the Mobile Header.
And in Customizer > Layout > Header reduce the padding to suit.
Then you can size the logo in Customizer > Site Identity.
