How to include "Read Also" automatically in a post?

Hi,
I noticed that some blogs used "Read Also" in between contents in a post.
Can I do it automatically, with a hook or plugin; without doing it manually?
Hi there,
You can't do this with a hook by default as there's no hook within the content (unless you manually place one. you might as well manually put things if you do this).
This will likely need a plugin that inserts things within post contents like how the ad inserter plugin adds advertisement banners.
