How to hide link address on hover

I'm finding a way to make hyperlink hidden when someone place cursor on button or link... How to achieve this? I know this is possible with javascript or something... Any WordPress plugin or simple code trick will be highly appreciated.
Here is the example: just place the cursor on "buy now" button (https://www.digit.in/audio-video/jbl-go-price-5469.html)
Also is there any method or plugin to see or track all Amazon affiliate links broken or "currently unavailable" product, so that I'll update new product soon after they're out of stock.

Unless the element you want to hide is inside the element you're hovering over, you'd need to use javascript, unfortunately.
I don't have a lot of experience with Amazon affiliate links, but I'm sure a service like that exists if you search around a bit.
