How to get a block from site library, but without erasing my whole website?

How can i get this block without removing my whole website? Because If i want this block, i need to import via site library, and then select the 'Cloud' website. That's what i've done earlier, but i deleted this quote block by accident.

Can i import the site and still keep my original website?
