How to export a theme

Hi there,
I want to export my current theme. Is there a way to export it completely with all the elements and PHP snippets I have added etc.

GP's settings can be exported like this:

I think you would need a plugin like Duplicator to get everything else:
https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
There should be lots of articles on Google with some instructions as well.
