Hello, I am having the same issue. I added a "Latest posts" block to the bottom of each blog post, and would like to exclude the current post.

Where do I access the settings to "Exclude current"?

GP has no control over WP core blocks, it's better reach out to WP support if you'd like to customize the block.

Prabhu is using WP show posts plugin which can exclude the current post.
