How to enable the comments form at the end of the posts?

Hello,
When I go to my blog I would like to see at the end of the post:
1) The comments form
2) The previous comments

I would say first make sure comments are enabled in “Settings > Discussion”
If that's already enabled, then go to your Posts/Pages page, and click “Quick Edit” over each item. Then check the comments checkbox to allow comments on that page.

I have done that before. Please check my blog and you will see that at the end the word "Comment" appears.
What I want to do is to show at the end of the post the previous comments and the comments form.

WordPress only shows the actual comments on the single post: https://pmgoal.com/index.php/2016/07/11/project-documentation/#comments
The "Comments" link on your blog page simply states how many comments there are, and links you to the comments form on the single post.
