How to edit search page

How can I edit the landing page for my search bar option? It's like this image. Ideally, I would like there to be no headline and either 3 across or for it to be the same layout as my category archive pages, like this...

Hi there,

you're using a Block Element - Content Template for your Category archives.
If you edit that and in the Display Rules, add another Location for: Search Results.

Thanks David, that has worked. But is there anyway I can change the search page to full width, too? It's got a sidebar like my other post pages, but the category archives I have made full width. Not sure how to do this for search landing page.

You can create a Layout Element for this.
