    What I mean is this:

Step 1 A user comes to my site, enters keywords into the search field here: https://prnt.sc/o5ukb0 This is a just a generic WordPress search form.

Step 2 The user is then taken here – the example shows the keyword of “London” https://prnt.sc/o5ukwh and the URL is > https://my-site.com/?s=London

How do I go about editing this and being able to tweak the results?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

which part(s) do you want to change or style ?

Do you want to change the text eg. “Search results for: London”?

What I mean is – the actual layout for example, or the ability to add a hook or a header/ element etc.

    Thanks

In Elements: layout, header and hook there is a Display Rules location of Search Results so you can target that specifically.
