How to display post time meta

Hello,
How can I display the time of the post? Like the below screenshot.
Please note I'm already using the CSS for displaying the post update, but now I want to display the post time.

go to Dashboard > Settings > General. And set the Date to Custom and use this to display date and time:

Sorry, but that is not working.
After hitting the save changes, the gets changed automatically.
What shall I do?
Try typing them in - that page shows you the various letters for each part of the date and time you need to use.
