How to display my site logo to the left of site name and tag line

I am using GP 2.2.2 Premium 1.8.1
I am signed up for auto-update, I see from above 1.8.2 is out. How do I update to the latest version?
How do I display my site logo to the left of my site title and tagline?

You can update in the Plugins area of your Dashboard like you do any other plugin.
As of right now, you need to use CSS for that: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/putting-site-title-next-logo/
In GP 2.3, you'll be able to remove that CSS and use an option in the Customizer.

When will GP 2.3 be coming out?

the 2.3 may not be for a couple of weeks.
On the link that Tom provided, simply copy the code and then got to Customizer > Additional CSS and paste the code in there :)
