How To Create This Section & Use As Class ID?

Hey, GeneratePress Team!
I am looking for a way to create Editor's Note section in my blog. I want to create a section that should contain an image and text like the chatting tool.

I want to use it for internal linking... Or to provide a quick note to my readers.
How can I create this section and I want to make it easy to use like just adding a "class=" wherever I want to use it... Like I have written a paragraph and I can use this just by adding <p class=custom-box> something like this.
Please help me with this...

CSS classes don't work like that. Where is this element to be placed ? Is at after the post content or within it ?
It will be placed within the content.
Can you share any best method to do the same?
You would basically need to copy the HTML and paste into wherever you want it.
