How to create footer like this site

Hello, could you please go through the link and let me know how to create a footer like this site
Hi there,
the basic setup is quite simple:
1. Customizer > Layout > Footer - set the number of widgets to 3 and add your Copyright info in the field provided.
2. Customizer > Colors > Footer to set the background colors for the footer widgets / footerbar and footer widget titles.
3. Customizer > Widgets > Footer - populate your three widget areas. The first one will have an Image widget followed by a text widget. The third footer widget will contain a Nav.
4. Customizer > Widgets > Footer Bar - add a Nav Widget here.
If you want to set that up we can provide the little CSS for adding the borders and menu item dividers.
