How to create disclaimer across all posts

Hi there,
As I am involved in affiliate marketing, I use a disclaimer at the top of my blog posts. What I'm hoping for is to find a way to do this automatically, rather than having to add the text at the top of every post. I am also concerned that having the same paragraph at the top of every single post may have a (minmal) SEO effect. Is there a way within GP to do this automatically?
