How to create columns with images and text?

How can I create 3 columns with and image in each 'column and text under each image?
I have looked at Gutenberg - which seems to have text to the right or left but not below... and with the light weight plugin I cannot see the button that says "insert Row" (which is in youtube video on the plugin - not sure if this is a known fault?
Hi there,
Gutenberg is the best way.
Instead of using the media and text block, try just using the columns block, then you can insert the image block inside the columns block to get the desired layout.
