How to create a pricing table that toggles between monthly and yearly pricing

Hi, I would like to create a pricing table that can toggle between monthly and yearly pricing like this site: https://www.thinkific.com/pricing/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=13519757194&utm_term=thinkific&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIsfPGyPna9gIVSAutBh2hygLfEAAYASABEgIfLvD_BwE Is there a way I can do this with Generate Blocks? I already have that installed but am not sure how to go about it.

Only the look can be achieved through GenerateBlocks, but for the toggle functionality, you would need custom code or a third party plugin to achieve it.
