How to create a 410 page?

I'm 410ing a lot of content, but when 410 a URL, it takes me to my 404 page. Any way you could explain how to create a 410 page? Here is an example: https://www.njonlinegambling.com/nj-online-casino-primer-where-and-what-to-play/ Thanks.
